Many phone companies regularly charge customers to receive incoming calls, and these are often very expensive, particularly when you're roaming abroad.
Not with us. When you're connected to Truphone on your Nokia via regular Wi-Fi, we don't charge you to receive calls - anywhere in the world.
So if you're on holiday in the Caribbean, doing business on the continent or just chatting from the comfort of your sofa; you'll won't pay a penny to receive a Truphone call on your Nokia.
Nokia Truphone users in the UK and US are allocated a specific Truphone number, which anyone can call as normal. You can use this number whenever you like, and you'll avoid paying any extra roaming charges if you use it to receive calls abroad.
iPhone users can't currently receive calls via Truphone, but we're working on it. We promise that when inbound calling does become available on the iPhone we'll never charge you a penny to receive calls.
If you signed up with Truphone on your Nokia and you're outside of the UK or US, you'll simply use your GSM number to make calls with Truphone. This means you'll receive all your calls on your GSM mobile number as usual. However, if another Truphone user calls you when you're connected, our clever technology will route the call via the internet and charge you both nothing. Happy days!
